Biography
Steve is a Global Finance Executive with over 30 years of experience in the design, set-up, leadership, and management of finance, accounting, FP&A, procurement, tax, and shared services organizations in over 30 countries across different industries including consumer products, retail, technology, manufacturing, services, and gaming. He is a deeply curious, collaborative, inclusive, and authentic leader with a deep passion for driving finance, organizational and cultural change in large complex environments. He brings a strong track record of financial governance and regulatory compliance, with C-level experience in a number of different business models within large public brands including Home Depot, Tyson Foods, Keurig, and Coca Cola, as well as Big Four public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Steve has demonstrated significant transformational change leadership, with the businesses he has served, bringing his experiences with mergers & acquisitions, integrations, systems implementations, and reimagining operational processes to maximize enterprise value and optimize the customer experience. He is a certified public accountant and serves on the board of directors of Papa Johns International (NASDAQ: PZZA) and Radio Systems Corporation (private equity owned).
