Recent regulatory and policy changes have significantly altered the landscape of corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the United States. This panel will address the shifting DEI landscape and the myriad challenges corporations face when navigating competing DEI demands, including rising anti-DEI sentiments, litigation and uncertainty surrounding the legality of corporate DEI initiatives, and continued stakeholder interest in DEI commitments. The panel will also engage audience members in the discussion to explore best practices for responding to DEI-related regulatory and policy changes, communicating about those decisions, and mitigating litigation risk.
