What does conference registration include?
Conference registration includes two and a half days of sessions and meals from the evening of Monday, June 22, through Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Registration also includes conference materials and use of the Cvent Attendee Hub. Starting this year, attendees will have exclusive access to:
- A four-part virtual program – AI Priorities for Boards of Directors – at no additional cost. Participants will gain a board-ready framework for AI oversight and practical tools applicable to board and committee decision-making.
- The new Stanford Directors’ Network (SDN) platform. Founded by Stanford Women on Boards and open to all Stanford-affiliated directors, SDN is a community platform for board opportunities, thought leadership, and exclusive director programming (beginning in March 2026).
Conference Add-ons
You are invited to add one of the following offerings to your Stanford Directors’ College ticket. Each experience will include lunch on Monday, June 22, 2026. Partners/spouses are welcome to participate in the golf or art tour/wine tasting excursions. Note: These add-on sessions run concurrently. Participants can choose to attend one of the three options.

Golf at Stanford Golf Course
Play nine holes at the iconic Stanford Golf Course alongside other Directors’ College participants and select VIP guests. Because the course is not open to the public, this is a rare opportunity to experience a true Stanford tradition and a truly unique networking experience.

Winetasting and Tour of Cantor Art
Enjoy a private tour of Stanford’s renowned Cantor Arts Center, followed by a corporate governance-themed wine tasting. This experience includes lunch.

Directors’ College 101: Board Fundamentals for New Directors
Directors’ College 101 is designed to help newer public company directors build a strong foundation for effective board service, drawing on the insights of leading academics, experienced board members, and practitioners. This year, the program features three 90-minute sessions: (1) an overview of director fiduciary duties, grounded in recent case law; (2) a corporate governance simulation and case study adapted from a popular Stanford Graduate School of Business course; and (3) a session on leadership in the age of AI, also adapted from a Stanford course. While designed with new directors in mind, the content is highly relevant for experienced directors as well, and Directors’ College 101 is open to all attendees of Stanford Directors’ College.
