The panel will discuss the recent survey findings and recommendations of the ICDR’s Global Working Group on the Resolution of Technology, Life Sciences, and IP Disputes and explore recommendations on improving arbitration, mediation, ODR and other forms of ADR can to better serve technology, life sciences and related industries through policy changes and advancements in dispute resolution processes.
