Genevieve Heidkamp

Genevieve is a Senior Implementation Engineer at Recidiviz, where she focuses on working with State Partners to gather and interpret their data in order to funnel it into analyses and products that increase decarceral opportunities for individuals in the Criminal Justice system. Recidiviz’s work spans several areas of the criminal justice system including evaluating policy impacts, identifying policy implementation gaps, and addressing data fragmentation to create a more equitable system and improve outcomes for justice-impacted individuals. With a passion for developing technology in the social impact space, she was previously Impact Systems Senior Manager at New Story Homes, where she led projects focused on innovation in the affordable housing sector. Most notably, she was the project lead for the world’s first community of 3D-printed concrete homes, located in Tabasco, Mexico. She holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame with a supplementary major in Spanish Language and Literature and a M.Sc in Business Analytics from Georgetown.
