Research establishes that Latina professors, and in general all professors of color, receive lower scores in student course evaluations. We will address how to analyze these evaluations so that beneficial comments are not lost among personal attacks. Another side effect of this inherent student bias is that a law school administration may refuse to acknowledge the extra degree of difficulty facing a Latina professor when she enters a law classroom. We will discuss methods to help educate administration in a professional and positive manner.
