Join us on Friday, September 30, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for an informative and interactive conference featuring leading experts from academia, industry and the judiciary as they discuss emerging issues in technology and the law.

Federal Circuit and district court judges will provide a “View from the Bench” in a panel discussion and will be joined on the agenda by several top legal scholars and experienced practitioners from across the country. Current and emerging issues pertaining to patents, antitrust and the life sciences will be examined in this full-day program.

Judge Kimberly Moore, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, will deliver the keynote address.
