Suzanne Munck, a former Federal Trade Commission official, is one of the nation’s leading authorities on the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law.
At the FTC, Suzanne was for several years both Chief Counsel for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the Office of Policy Planning. While at the FTC, she led the revision of the Antitrust Guidelines for the Licensing of Intellectual Property in collaboration with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. She also worked on a number of high-profile investigations, led several policy initiatives in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, and testified before the Senate on behalf of the FTC.
