Trademarks and Brands, Intel Sports Group

Kelley N. Goldberg is trademark counsel for Intel Corporation.  She is responsible for protecting the famous Intel trademark worldwide and works closely with Intel’s Sports Group and Artificial Intelligence Products Group in their development and licensing of new brands.  Prior to joining Intel, Kelley was a partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in Las Vegas where she managed the city’s famous What Happens Here, Stays Here trademark and led the Las Vegas office’s intellectual property practice.  Kelley earned her J.D. from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law and her B.S. from Kalamazoo College, where she was a NCAA Academic All-American in women’s basketball.  She is a diehard Michigan State sports fan, and now lives in California with her husband and young children, where they continue to support the Spartans.
