Charles Tait Graves is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco, where he has practiced trade secret law full-time since 2000.  He has been involved in several precedent-setting and influential trade secret cases, and has published a number of widely-cited articles in the field.  He has taught a course on trade secret law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law since 2009.
