Law and Philosophy Workshop

This workshop is devoted to the discussion of recent work at the intersection of law and philosophy. Five guest speakers will visit Stanford Law School during Spring Quarter 2027 and discuss their in-progress research with students, faculty, and members of the general public. Papers will be circulated two weeks ahead of each presentation.

The workshop convenor or an enrolled student will briefly introduce the guest speaker’s paper. The guest speaker will have an opportunity to respond to this introduction, and then the floor will be open for Q&A. All attendees are encouraged to read the pre-circulated paper in advance. Enrolled students are required to read the pre-circulated paper in advance.
