Biography
Rachel E. Green is a Senior Associate at Katz Banks Kumin.
During their time at Katz Banks Kumin, Mx. Green has litigated cases in federal and state court, as well as in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They are currently representing Charlotte Bennett in Bennett v. Andrew Cuomo et al., a sexual harassment and retaliation case currently pending in the Southern District of New York against former governor Andrew Cuomo and three other defendants. Mx. Green has also represented numerous employees in cases that have successfully resolved confidentially prior to and during litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mx. Green served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable David F. Hamilton of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mx. Green received their J.D. from Stanford Law School, where they were involved in several leadership roles related to sexual and gendered violence.
