Today, nearly 1 in 4 federal judges have been appointed by President Trump. It is likely that many more will be confirmed, some of whom have openly questioned otherwise settled case law and disclosed their overt political opinions during their confirmation hearings. This panel of prominent civil rights attorneys will address the effect of such in their professional practices, and discuss any court design, litigation, and/or advocacy solutions they advocate in order to make progressive change.
