Voice Without Vote: Perspectives of Formerly and Currently Incarcerated Artists

This panel will examine ways in which those disenfranchised because of their incarceration or criminal record express their views on broader societal issues through art. Since the 2016 election, how has the tone or focus of such artists shifted, if at all?
