Biography
Jake Rhodes is a public defender in Santa Clara County who currently works on the Post-Conviction Team where he does community outreach work and assists people clearing their records. He e has been a criminal defense attorney for 14 years, working in both private practice and as a public defender. In this capacity, he has tried numerous misdemeanor and serious felony cases in both juvenile and adult court. Jake is also an adjunct lecturer at Santa Clara University School of Law, where he teaches the Expungement Clinic and Advanced Trial Techniques classes.
