Biography
Eugene Volokh is the Thomas M. Siebel Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and the Gary T. Schwartz Distinguished Professor of Law Emeritus at the University of California Los Angeles School of Law where he has taught First Amendment law, copyright law, criminal law, tort law, and firearms regulation policy. Professor Volokh also co-founded The Volokh Conspiracy–a popular legal blog that is currently hosted by Reason.
