COVID-19

With health and safety top of mind, we are implementing the following University COVID-19 precautions and protocols for your in-person reunion on campus. Per University policy, attendees unwilling to comply with Reunion safety protocols will be asked to leave campus immediately.

Before you arrive:

  • All reunion attendees (including guests who are 12+ years old), students, faculty, staff, and postdoctoral scholars are required to be fully vaccinated* for COVID-19. This includes all alumni and their guests.
    • *If seeking an exemption for religious or medical reasons, please contact the Diversity and Access Office at disability.access@stanford.edu. If granted an exemption, you will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of your arrival on campus.
  • Register! Every attendee (all alumni and their guests) must register in advance. Anyone who does not register in advance will be turned away.
  • Only one guest per alum is permitted.
  • Prepare to provide proof of FULL vaccination. When arriving on campus, all reunion attendees will be asked to provide visual proof of vaccination.
    • You must bring:
      1. A photo ID, and
      2. One of the following:
        • Vaccine card
        • Photo of your vaccine card
        • Digital COVID-19 vaccine record using the My Vaccine Record app.
        • *Vaccination documentation should clearly indicate: Full Name, Birthdate, Vaccine name/manufacturer, and Date of vaccination(s), and Doctor’s signature, stamp, official letterhead (if applicable).
  • If an attendee is not vaccinated for medical or religious reasons, and has been granted an exemption by the Diversity and Access Office, they must provide visual proof of a negative COVID-19 test that is dated within the past 72 hours prior to arrival onsite

Your first day on campus:

  • All reunion attendees are required to complete a Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation. We strongly encourage completing it at the link above BEFORE arrival on campus.

      • Name: SLS 50th Reunion
      • Phone: 650.723.2730
      • Email: reunions@law.stanford.edu
    • If you do not pass the Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation, you are not permitted on campus that day.

    1. Photo ID
    2. Proof of vaccination or (for exemptions) negative COVID-19 test result

Your second day on campus:

  • All reunion attendees are required to complete a Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation. We strongly encourage completing this BEFORE arrival on campus.
    • The Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation asks for a Stanford Contact. Please input:
      • Name: SLS 50th Reunion

Throughout the weekend:

  • Everyone is required to wear masks when indoors and in crowded outdoor spaces (any group that has 30 or more people).
  • At events with food, attendees are required to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking.
  • At events without food, such as panel programs, no food or drink is allowed. This applies to all programs in Paul Brest Hall and in the classrooms.
  • During programs, presenters and speakers are also required to wear masks.
  • Masks must meet the standards of Stanford’s policy on face coverings. Face shields are not an acceptable substitute for masks.
  • We are keeping the doors open to Paul Brest Hall and the Stanford Faculty Club (location of your class party) for increased air flow. It may get chilly—bring a sweater or jacket!
