Biography
Katie Hennessey is the lead consultant for Debt Help Illinois and helped to develop it from the ground up. She works with funders and organizations to create scalable solutions to empower individuals to make informed decisions. Katie is also a policy strategist with a track record of successful reforms to increase access to justice. As a lawyer, she has previously worked in private practice, academia, and government.
