Biography
Kurtis Massey is Data, Digital and Innovation Manager at Citizens Advice SORT. As a leader in the Innovation team, he directs the software development, data science and applied AI strategy. As a core developer on both the original Caddy chatbot and during collaboration with the UK Government’s Incubator for Artificial Intelligence, Kurtis successfully led the creation of agentic advisor copilot tools and casenote automation, accelerating access to justice by proving and scaling ethical, high-impact AI solutions from the frontline.
