E.J. is an attorney and executive with over 20 years of experience advising and representing companies from global corporations to high-tech start-ups in markets such as software, mobile gaming, biotechnology, and entertainment.  He is currently serving as a legal and strategic advisor to GREE, Inc. as well as other clients in diverse industries including entertainment, enterprise software and SaaS, venture capital, mobile application development, and advertising technology and analytics.  E.J. holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
