Eulonda Skyles

Eulonda G. Skyles is a partner at Baker Hostetler in Washington, D.C. . With two decades of experience serving clients in the technology space, she counsels companies on international privacy and data protection frameworks, and helps them develop a global approach to privacy and data security. Prior to joining Baker, Eulonda was head of privacy and data security at Capital One in McLean, Virginia, after serving as head of intellectual property litigation. Before that, Ms. Skyles was Counsel at Orrick Herrington as a part of its intellectual property and privacy and data security groups in Washington, D.C. Ms. Skyles has held a number of in-house positions at technology companies, including Yahoo! and SafeNet, a data encryption and security company in Maryland (now Gemalto). Ms. Skyles graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University and obtained her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she as an editor on the Stanford Law Review. Ms. Skyles resides in Rockville, Maryland with her husband and two (very cute) daughters.
