Ken Rubenstein is a Director in Google’s legal department, where he leads a team of attorneys and contract managers responsible for global product development and all commercial transactions in North America for Google’s search advertising business and related infrastructure. He oversees execution of legal components of Google’s overall strategy related to this product area and acts as a primary legal adviser to executives and other senior management in Product & Engineering, Business Development, Sales and other support functions. Ken is experienced in the areas of intellectual property, artificial intelligence/machine learning, commercial law, consumer protection, privacy and regulatory affairs.
