Michael Adler

Senior Corporate Counsel for eCommerce & Marketing, Autodesk Inc.

Michael Adler is the Senior Corporate Counsel for eCommerce & Marketing at Autodesk, a leading provider of design software. If you’ve ever driven a high-performance car, admired a towering skyscraper, used a smartphone, or watched a great film, chances are you’ve experienced the product of Autodesk software. Michael previously served as the global counsel for Amazon’s gift card business, and, before going in-house, his private practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and capital markets at Kirkland & Ellis.

Michael received his BA from Michigan State University, his MPA from George Washington University, and his JD from Vanderbilt University. Prior to law school, he served as an intelligence officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency, where he focused on counterterrorism. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman in the Middle District of Tennessee.
