Brad is currently General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Urban Compass, Inc. (Compass Real Estate).  As a senior global legal executive, Brad possesses more than three decades of experience enabling both fast-growing and established companies to scale and achieve business goals.  Prior to Compass, Brad was General Counsel of Glassdoor (acquired by Recruit Holdings in 2018). Prior to that Brad had senior leadership roles at eBay, Ticketmaster, Las Vegas Sands and other companies after practicing corporate and securities law with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  Brad is based in the Bay Area.
