Larissa Galimberti

Larissa Galimberti, partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, practices in technology transactions and licensing focusing on new technologies, e-commerce, software, data analytics, big data, Internet of Things (IoT), media and entertainment, advertising and contracts involving intellectual property rights and data protection. She graduated at the São Paulo University School of Law (USP, 2005), and earned an LL.M. in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford Law School (CA, 2014) as well as a master’s degree in Commercial Law (final paper in patent matters) from the São Paulo University School of Law (USP, 2013). Larissa acted as foreign associate at law firm Fenwick & West (CA, USA) between 2014 and 2015. She has also authored several articles and book chapters in Brazil and abroad
