Anup Tikku is Associate General Counsel – IP Protection, Technology Transactions and Disputes at PayPal, Inc.  He is involved in global intellectual property issues for PayPal including litigation, transactions, strategy, patent mining, and IP diligence on PayPal’s active pipeline of M&A deals.  Prior to PayPal, Anup was Associate General Counsel at eBay Inc. and a partner at K&L Gates.
