Kirsten Mellor is the General Counsel of Resident Home, a house of direct-to-consumer brands in the sleep and home goods space. The company owns and operates multiple brands catering to different consumer furnishing needs including Nectar and DreamCloud mattress brands.
Prior to joining Resident, Kirsten was General Counsel for Udacity, Inc., an online education platform and prior to that Senior Vice President and General Counsel, of IAC Search & Advertising, a division of IAC Corp., and General Counsel of CafePress.com, as well as a variety of other legal roles spanning two decades.
Kirsten holds a B.A. from Columbia University, and a J.D. from Villanova Law School.
She is a frequent speaker and panelist of topics ranging from building an in-house legal team, initial public offerings and diversity best practices.
