Nate Lipscomb is a Senior Product Counsel at YouTube, where he focuses on YouTube’s efforts to foster a responsible and open platform, including content moderation, information quality in search and recommendations, and election integrity. Nate joined Google in 2014 as Product Counsel, advising on children’s privacy and product compliance. Prior to Google, he worked as a litigation associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell LLP. Nate previously served as a law clerk for Judge Emilio Garza of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his a B.A. from Stanford University.
