Carolyn Rashby is Of Counsel in Covington & Burling LLP’s San Francisco office. Carolyn provides business-focused advice and counsel to companies navigating federal, state, and local employment requirements. Carolyn collaborates with white collar colleagues to conduct workplace investigations and culture assessments around gender and race issues. She also advises on employment issues arising in corporate transactions and provides strategic counsel to clients on a wide range of workplace matters, including wage and hour, worker classification, termination decisions, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and employee handbooks. Carolyn’s approach is preventive, while recognizing the need to set clients up for the best possible defense should disputes arise.
