Martin Flaherty is Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Joseph P. Crowley Program in International Human Rights at Fordham Law School in New York. His research focuses on Human Rights, Constitutional Law, and Legal History.

Rory Truex is an Assistant Professor in Princeton’s Department of Politics and Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs. His research focuses on Chinese politics and theories of authoritarian rule.
