Emily Maddox Liggett

Throughout her twenty years as a corporate director, Emily has served on 18 public, private and non-profit boards. She has served as board chair, chair of Nominating/Governance committees and on Audit and Compensation committees. Trained as an engineer, her career has been in technology-based companies in operating, leadership, and CEO roles in materials, hardware and energy companies. Her experience is broad, as her roles started in product development, process engineering, and plant management and moved to sales management, marketing, strategy and general management. For twenty-five years Emily has served as CEO of public, private and start-up companies and has learned about the importance of thoughtful governance. She has lived and worked in North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia and aspires to inspire the next generation of business leaders to drive positive change and create value for all stakeholders.
