*We are currently planning for an in-person program at Stanford Law School on June 19-21. In consideration of state and local public health guidance, university policies, and other factors related to Covid-19, we may need to switch to a fully virtual program to be held on June 20-23, 2022. Tuition will be adjusted for a virtual program to an early bird price of $5,450, a discounted price of $5,950, and a full price of $6,450 after 3/1/22. We will provide partial refunds to those registered at the in-person rate who would like to attend virtually. We will also provide full refunds or program credit to those who prefer not to attend virtually or to attend in person in a future year.
Full payment must be received within 30 days of your registration date or by June 1, 2022, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in the cancellation of your registration.
Send your board to Directors’ College 2022. Group rates are available to companies who wish to send three or more of their directors or executives to the program. For more information or to receive the group registration code, please email the Stanford Rock Center at email@example.com.

To ensure the safety and public health of our Stanford University community, approved visitors must attest that they have screened themselves prior to arriving on Stanford campuses, do not have COVID-like symptoms, and that they are not in a restricted status requiring isolation or quarantine. All visitors coming to a Stanford campus must attest that they meet at least one of two criteria:
1) be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
2) receive a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to arrival on site
To attest, visitors must complete the Stanford Visitor: Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation, on the day of the event. Both the visitor and the Stanford contact will receive copies of the completed attestation form. Any visitor unable to attest is NOT approved for onsite access.
Additionally, based on Santa Clara and San Mateo County orders and CDC guidance, face coverings are required indoors for all individuals regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, at crowded outdoor events where physical distancing is difficult, and when using public transportation, carts and other university vehicles occupied by more than one person. Campus community members who are fully vaccinated for COVID are not required to wear face coverings in other outdoor settings. Updates will be added as we get closer to the program date.
Cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please review the cancellation and substitution policy carefully.
Prior to March 31, 2022, registrants will be refunded the cost of tuition paid less the $50 processing fee.
Between April 1, 2022, and June 11, 2022, registrants will be issued credit vouchers to attend the program in a future year, less the $50 processing fee.
On or after June 14, 2022, registrants will forfeit the entire program fee.
