General Registration Information


IF you are one of the following, you may go directly to our registration page to join the waitlist:

  • Current or former Board Director of a publicly traded company
  • C-Suite Executive of a publicly traded company
  • Board Director or C-Suite Executive of a large or prominent private company

PLEASE NOTE: As of June 8, the 2022 Directors’ College Conference is sold out. If you are on the waitlist, you will be notified If a spot opens up. Thank you!

IF  you are not a current or former board director of a publicly traded company, C-level executive of a publicly traded company, or a board director or C-level executive of a large or prominent private company, we are no longer accepting applications for this event. Please consider joining us at a future Directors’ College. 

Directors’ College is a program intended for current or former public company board directors at all levels of experience; current or former senior executives of publicly traded companies; board members or senior executives of large or prominent private companies; and prospective public or large private company directors who are likely to receive an appointment within the next 12 months. Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the Program Directors, who may decline applications of unqualified candidates.

Historically, this event has been filled 1-2 months in advance with little capacity for registration after that time. We advise registering early next year to ensure your participation in the next Directors’ College.

General Tuition Rate 


Payment Policy

Full payment must be received within 30 days of your registration date or by June 1, 2022, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in the cancellation of your registration.

Group Tuition

Send your board to Directors’ College 2022. Group rates are available to companies who wish to send three or more of their directors or executives to the program. For more information or to receive the group registration code, please email the Stanford Rock Center at

Continuing Legal Education

The State Bar of California has approved this program for MCLE credit. Certification from other states may be sought; however, approved hours may vary. Contact your local bar for more information.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to Please review the cancellation and substitution policy carefully.


Prior to March 31, 2022, registrants will be refunded the cost of tuition paid less the $50 processing fee.
Between April 1, 2022, and June 11, 2022, registrants will be issued credit vouchers to attend the program in a future year, less the $50 processing fee.
On or after June 14, 2022, registrants will forfeit the entire program fee.


Prior to March 31, 2022, registrants may be substituted at no cost.
Between April 1, 2022, and June 13, 2022, substitutions of qualified attendees approved by the program directors can be made for a $50 processing fee.
After June 14, 2022, we will not accept substitutions

Affiliate Registration Information

The Rock Center Affiliates Program comprises corporations and law firms that serve as partners in developing Executive Education programs. If you are a member of the Affiliates Program or are the client of an affiliate, you may qualify for a scholarship or a discount.
