Managing Partner, Heidrick & Struggles
Lyndon A. Taylor is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office. He is the regional managing partner of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice in the Americas as well as the leader of the global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice across executive search and consulting.
Lyndon works with both privately-held and publicly-traded clients on executive, functional leadership, and board director engagements. He also advises organizations across sectors on diversity and inclusion strategies, particularly talent management and succession.
Lyndon previously spent more than ten years with another global executive search firm where he led both the firm’s Midwest financial services business and its global diversity practice.
Earlier in his career, Lyndon worked in investment banking with UBS where he focused on M&A and advisory clients in the energy and utility sectors. Before UBS, he spent five years in corporate development with Enron and began his professional career as a financial analyst in the real estate investment banking group of Merrill Lynch. He also served in the U.S. Navy prior to college.
