Historically, this event has been filled 1-2 months in advance with little capacity for registration after that time. We advise registering early next year to ensure your participation in the next Directors’ College.
Submission of applications or registration will be acknowledged promptly by e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one hour of online application or registration submission, please contact us by phone at (650) 723-5905 or send an e-mail inquiry to rockprograms@law.stanford.edu.
Tuition Information
Rates
$8950 (after 3/1/2023)
Payment Policy
Full payment must be received within 30 days of your registration date or by June 2, 2023, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in the cancellation of your registration.
Group Tuition
Send your board to Directors’ College 2023. Group rates are available to companies that wish to send three or more of their directors or executives to the program. For more information or to receive the group registration code, please email the Stanford Rock Center at rockprograms@law.stanford.edu.
Continuing Legal Education
The State Bar of California has approved this program for MCLE credit. Certification from other states may be sought; however, approved hours may vary. Contact your local bar for more information.
Director Education Credits
Directors’ College awards recertification credits to directors working toward maintaining their NACD Directorship Certification®
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to rockprograms@law.stanford.edu. Please review the cancellation and substitution policy carefully.
Cancellations
- Registrants who cancel within 60 days of the registration date will be refunded the full cost of tuition paid less the $50 processing fee.
- Registrants who cancel more than 60 days after their registration date will be given a credit memo to be used within 2 years.
Substitutions
- Prior to June 1, 2023, qualified registrants may be substituted at no cost.
- After June 1, 2023, we will not accept substitutions. Registrants who need to cancel can receive a credit memo to be used within two years.
Affiliate Registration Information
The Rock Center Affiliates Program comprises corporations and law firms that serve as partners in developing Executive Education programs. If you are a member of the Affiliates Program or are the client of an affiliate, you may qualify for a scholarship or a discount.
