John Savva is a partner resident in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Palo Alto office and is a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group.
For over 30 years, John has successfully represented prominent and cutting-edge corporations and emerging growth companies in their most significant public and private financings, derivatives transactions, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. John has extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, life sciences, financial institutions, retail and e-commerce. John also advises companies and boards on governance and oversight issues, including those arising from emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
