Biography
Adam B. Frankel is Chime’s General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, having joined the company in August 2023. As Chime’s chief legal officer, Adam works closely with the executive team and the board of directors to align the company’s legal strategy with its business vision and values. Adam holds more than 30 years of corporate law experience in highly regulated and diverse businesses. Previously, he served as General Counsel for CBAM, Evercore, and Genesee & Wyoming Inc. He received a B.A. in economics from Brown University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
