Biography
Anita Lynch is a tech executive, board director, and Harvard Business School educator focused on how AI is reshaping leadership, decision-making, and the future of work.
A former Chief Data Officer, Anita has spent 20+ years helping iconic companies including Disney, Amazon, Apple, and Yahoo navigate transformation through technology, AI, and operational strategy. Her work has ranged from scaling data platforms behind products like Disney+ to advising executive teams and boards on AI, governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Today, Anita serves on the Board of Nasdaq U.S. Exchanges and AI-powered private companies, while teaching MBA and executive education students at Harvard Business School about AI strategy, governance, and leadership in the agentic era.
