During two live physics experiments, we are demonstrating some fundamental wave properties with sound and light. The concepts demonstrated fundamentally changed our understanding of physics and heralded the beginning of the quantum age. We will briefly discuss how the experiments relate to current research questions related to photonics, interferometry, and quantum sensing.
