Around the world, people face states of emergency in countless forms and from countless sources—governments that repress protest and fundamental rights, multinational corporations that inflict environmental and labor injustices, and the international world order that lets conflict and genocide slide by. This panel brings together advocates and organizers who work against this status quo, building solidarity beyond borders and within them. Panelists will share insights from their advocacy under and against repressive governments, and their work during acute crises and after them.
