What is the cancellation policy for reunion?

Please note: Your refund will not be automatically processed by canceling online. All requests must be received in writing by email to “alumni.relations@law.stanford.edu”.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email by the following dates:

May 19: Full refund

We regret that we will not be able to process refund requests submitted on or after May 20.

Stanford Law School makes every effort to offer a substantive and cost-effective reunion program to alumni and their guests. The Spring Reunion Planning Team provides additional resources to underwrite elements of Spring Reunion such as the tent, facility fees, audiovisual equipment, class party venue reservations, campus transportation services, and Classbooks.

Will Spring Reunion have combined events with other reunion classes?

Due to the postponement of 2020 and 2021 reunions, we will be inviting two cohorts of reunion classes to participate. Class years ending in 0 or 5, whose reunion was postponed in 2020, and class years ending in 1 or 6, who were scheduled to reunite in 2021, will share a reunion celebration in 2022. Please know that the Class Parties might combine two classes in order to work with venue and capacity restrictions. We thank you for your patience while we explore many scenarios for the reunion events and determine the best course of action for all alumni celebrating their reunion.

Where can I find accommodations?

Visit Hotel Accommodations for a list of hotels near campus. For more local options, please visit Stanford University’s Lodging Guide.

Please note that there are no hotel blocks through Stanford, so we recommend you book at your earliest opportunity to ensure access to an extensive list of options.

Given the uncertainty of the pandemic, we advise that you review cancellation policies for your travel arrangements. Stanford Law School is not responsible for any fees or costs incurred from changes or cancellations.

What are the COVID-19 safety policies for the in-person events on campus?

Visit the COVID-19 Campus Policy for SLS Reunions 2022 on the Reunions website for more information. Please continue to check this website and keep an eye on your inbox for additional information specific to your May reunion.
