Aileen Casanave
Aileen F. Casanave is Deputy General Counsel (acting General Counsel) for Jiff, Inc., an enterprise health benefits platform software services company, where she provides business and legal support to the CEO and CFO and manages the company’s legal, immigration, and privacy compliance matters. Aileen is also General Counsel to the Oakland Wine & Food Society and the African American Community Service Agency (AACSA). She is on several private boards including the USF School of Law Board of Governors, Santa Clara University’s Center for Social Justice & Public Service, California Black Lawyers Association (CABL), Black Technology Attorneys Group (BTAG), Santa Clara County Black Lawyers Association (SCCBLA), and a member of the Leadership Council & Co-Chair of Career Advancement Committee for the Association of Corporate Counsel – SFBA chapter. Aileen has won numerous honors for both her professional work and community service, including the California Women Lawyers’ Woman of Achievement Award, Silicon Valley’s Women of Influence Award and the CABL President’s Award.
