Anna Cheng Catalano
Director, HF Sinclair Corporation and Frontdoor, Inc.
Anna C. Catalano manages an active board portfolio, serving on the Boards of Directors of Willis Towers Watson, HF Sinclair Corporation, Frontdoor, Inc., and is advisor to numerous organizations. She serves as Director of the NACD Corporate Directors Institute, and Chair of NACD Texas/TriCities Chapter. She is a co-founder of the World Innovation Network, and has significant experience in the not-for-profit sector as a former board member of the Alzheimer’s Association and the Houston Grand Opera.
With 30+ years of corporate experience including almost two decades as a corporate director, Ms. Catalano is a renowned expert and frequent speaker on the topics of corporate governance, innovation, and leadership, and is an outspoken champion for advancing women in business. Having held executive positions in Asia, Europe, and North America, she holds a broad perspective on the challenges of operating a complex business in a global environment.
Ms. Catalano has been recognized in Fortune Magazine’s ranking of “The Most Powerful Women in International Business”, Director and Board‘s “Directors to Watch”, and Women Inc “Most Influential Board Directors”. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and shares her thoughts on leadership as author of the blog, www.shades-of-leadership.com.
