Joshua Lenon is the Lawyer in Residence at Clio, one of the first and most successful legal technology startups.
An attorney admitted to the New York Bar, Joshua studied law at St. Louis University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in International and Comparative Law. Joshua also earned a Certificate in European Union Law at the University of Georgia School of Law’s prestigious Brussels Legal Seminar.
Previously, Joshua clerked for the Missouri Attorney General, helping prosecute discrimination claims on behalf of Missouri citizens, and helped legal practitioners improve their services, working for Thomson Reuters’ publishing departments in both the United States and Canada.
Now, Joshua helps Clio with privacy and compliance issues in 78 countries around the world, while also contributing to a larger legal technology industry. Joshua participates in various legal education, access to justice, and legal technology initiatives, including Evolve Law, the previous Reinvent Law movement, and Legal Hackers initiatives.
