CodeX – The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics will be hosting a FutureLaw 2024 Workshop, “Steering the Intersection: Moving from Exploration to Maturity on the Interplay of Generative AI and the Law,” on April 12, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This workshop is a unique opportunity to advance and rationally test the future of legal work and generative AI, and to connect with like-minded individuals on this subject. The workshop will feature expert speakers, discussion sessions, and practical demos designed to bridge the conversation between legal academia, relevant scientific disciplines, and industry in both deployment and implementation of large language models.
The workshop anticipates a productive cross-disciplinary and cross-functional engagement to gain practical knowledge and skills in generative AI and legal services. We will have a particular focus on entrepreneurship and vendor management, governance tooling, live demos, and discussions on the next frontier. This is an invitation-only event.
