Biography
Ran Lin serves as the Global Lead of Data Science and Applied AI at AXA XL. In her role, she is focused on designing and developing AI products, and leading the technology transformation strategy to ensure alignment with the overall AXA XL business goals. Ran joined AXA XL in 2022 with a rich background in AI and data science, bringing her expertise from P&C insurance industry where she developed AI solutions for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Ran studied and gained master’s degree in electrical engineering from Yale University. Before starting her career in insurance industry, Ran was an R&D engineer in Siemens Research Center, concentrated on telecommunication research.
