Classes of 1975 & 1976: Living a Healthy and Fulfilling Life in your 70s and Beyond

With most of the Stanford Law Class of 1976 winding down our professional lives, we are hungry for insights into living a more physically and mentally healthy and fulfilling life.  Groundbreaking research and advancements have been made at Stanford on monitoring and enhancing our health with wearables and other tools like our smartphones.  Joining us for an interactive hour will be Dr. Tejaswini Mishra, the lead researcher at Stanford Medical School on the Wearables Study featured in Stanford Magazine at https://stanfordmag.org/contents/body-count, and with the ultimate goal of predicting diseases early and using personalized medicine to manage health.
